Yana worked in my team as Test Manager for one program. She was a single QA in the project team fully responsible for testing part on it.
Yana did a great job there by providing great quality and proper test management.
She quickly grasped new business domain knowledge, new tools we were using on that program. Also, she had established on her own testing strategy for particular stage on the project (integration and cooperation with 3rd party application/team).
Moreover Yana is the one who always stays positive nonmatter what, that really helps to keep good team spirit during intensive project times.
